Refund

You may return any unworn, undamaged HoRoGears products purchased online from horogears.com within 30 days from the date of arrival for a full refund or exchange for another product, be it similar or not. For products of higher value, customers simply have to cover the cost difference. 

Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. Any return shipping and transaction fees will be borne by the customer.

The products must not have been worn, altered or strapped on in any way, and must not show any signs of use.  

For returned items (within 30 days) that have been worn and used (even if used just once), customers are required to pay a $30 restocking fee per item. This fee is necessary to cover a portion of the additional costs incurred. For example, when the strap has been buckled for the first time, it causes a crease which deems the product no longer in a brand new condition. In order to restock it, we will have to restore it to mint condition which incurs costs as mentioned above.    

Items must be returned with all original packaging and other accessories (tools, extra straps, etc.) received with the order.

Only items that have been purchased directly from HoRoGears can be returned to us. Any products purchased through other retailers and stockists must be returned in accordance with their respective return & refund policies.

To return and/or exchange an item, kindly contact us at HoRoGears@hotmail (dot)com with the following details:

1. Order number or source of purchase (eg. 3rd party retailer or official stockist name)

2. Date of purchase

3. Picture of the watch and all it's accompanying packaging and accessories

Once we have the items above, our team will guide you through the process

Shipping

Delivery within 6 to 14 business days. Please note, delivery times may be longer for certain areas. 

All shipments are insured - guaranteeing that your order will reach you. 

Please note that after your payment is verified, it may take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and ship your order. Once your order is processed and ready, we will provide you with a tracking link.

Orders shipped outside the US and the EU (European Union) may be subject to taxes, VAT, and customs charges. The courier (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) will collect these fees. Additionally, any customs processing may cause delays in overseas orders, over which we have no control. The consignee is responsible for these fees.
